What we collect

• Booking requests: your name, email, phone number, dates, number of guests, estimated arrival time and any requests you write.
• Contact messages: your name, email, optional dates and your message.
• Technical data: your IP address is stored with a request to protect the forms from abuse.

How we use it

We use this data only to answer you, to manage your booking and stay, and to meet our legal obligations as accommodation providers. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Bookings are managed in Beds24, our booking system, so your booking details are stored there. Emails are sent through our email provider. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking data for as long as needed for the booking and for our legal and accounting obligations, and contact messages for up to two years.

Cookies and third parties

The public website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and links to Google Maps and WhatsApp open those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time by writing to thevillasksamil@gmail.com.
